Berry Grain Free Muffins

What you’ll need:

½ cup cashew butter (any nut butter will do)
1 egg
1 banana
½ tsp baking soda
Handful raspberries + blueberries

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place muffin cups into tins
  • In a medium sized bowl mash banana until smooth
  • Combine with egg, cashew butter and baking soda- mix well
  • Pour into muffin tins about ¾ way full
  • Top with raspberries + blueberries
  • Bake 15-20 min check with toothpick
  • Cool and enjoy
