Buckwheat Pancakes

What you’ll need:

½ cup cream of buckwheat
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup of hemp or nut milk of choice
¼ tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground flax
¼ banana mashed
1 tsp butter of choice


  • Grease/ heat pan to medium heat
  • Mash banana in bowl –set aside
  • In another bowl mix all dry ingredients (buckwheat, baking powder, flax and salt)
  • Add wet ingredients to dry (banana, hemp milk, butter)
  • Mix well and pour onto heat pan, flip once bubbles form
  • Once complete top with cinnamon, fruit and maple syrup (optional)
