Everything But the Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

What you’ll need:

¾ cup of cooked/mashed hannah sweet potato (white not orange)
½ cup frozen cauliflower (if you have a sensitive stomach I’d boil first then freeze them)
½ cup frozen carrots
4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 tbsp ground flax seed
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (extra for sprinkling on top)
½ cup filtered water
½ hemp milk

Directions:

  • Throw all ingredients into nutri bullet or blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Transfer to glass, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
