Kale Chips


What you’ll need:

1 bunch of organic kale
1 tbsp EVOO
Garlic (optional)


  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  • Wash and dry kale (you can use paper towels or a salad spinner)
  • Break into pieces, removing stem
  • In a medium sized bowl add in a bunch of kale (not all I did two batches) drizzle with EVOO
  • Add in salt, pepper and garlic- mix well
  • Transfer to baking sheet lined with parchment paper (repeat last two steps until all kale is on baking sheet
