Quinoa Fried Rice

What you’ll need:

1 cup cooked quinoa
2 eggs
2 tbsp organic veggie broth
½ orange pepper chopped
¾ red onion chopped
Handful broccoli florets
½ tbsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp sea salt
Diced avocado (optional)
Diced scallions (optional)


  • Preheat large skillet with oil of your choice
  • Add in peppers, onion, broccoli sautéing until tender
  • In separate pan scramble 2 eggs
  • Add the cooked quinoa to the large skillet (with veggies)
  • Add in scrambled eggs
  • Add in 2 tbsp of organic veggie broth and spices
  • Top with avocado and scallions
