Blackberry Beet Bowl

What you'll need:

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen carrots (i had purple fine if not)
1/2 cup frozen beets
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
3/4 cup cooked hannah sweet potato
2 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup filtered water
Hemp seeds and blackberries for topping

 

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients into nutri bullet or blender
  • Blend on high until smooth
  • Transfer to bowl, add toppings (any will do) and enjoy
