Butternut Squash Smoothie

what you'll need

1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen carrots (purple or orange)
3/4 cup cooked butternut squash
3 romaine lettuce leaves
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup hemp milk


  • If need to cook squash preheat oven to 400 degrees- place (precut/washed) butternut squash on oiled pan. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast for 40 min -flip half way through
  • Let cool then transfer to blender
  • Place all ingredients into nutri bullet or blender- combine well
  • Transfer to cup or bowl and enjoy
