Sunflower Coconut Protein Balls

what you'll need

1 cup pecans
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almond butter 
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2.5 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp coconut shreds plus more for rolling (1/4 cup)

directions

  • Grind all ingredients (except almond butter) for few seconds then add nut butter
  • Blend until mixed well and dough forms
  • Roll into balls and roll into coconut place on plate
  • Once all dough is rolled into balls place into freezer for 45 min to harden. 
  • If you enjoy more sweetness add 1-2 dates to recipe
