Blackberry Almond Chia Pudding


what you'll need

3 tbsp chia seed
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1.5 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1 tbsp coconut shreds
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)


  • Place chia seeds and almond milk in a glass or jar- mix well
  • Cover with lid or tinfoil - leave in refrigerator overnight
  • Remove next morning, stir well, -add in almond butter, blackberries, coconut and cinnamon 
  • Enjoy
