Coconut Flat Bread

what you'll need

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. millet or brown rice flour
4 tbsp. ground flax seed
1/2 cup water + 2 tbsp.
1/4 cup hemp milk
3 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Melt coconut oil (if need to) on stove top 
  • Place all ingredients in a medium size bowl
  • Mix well (will form into a ball)
  • Place onto parchment paper and using your hands flatten out into a circle about 8-10 inches
  • Flatten out (not too thin)
  • Place in oven for 20 min
  • Remove and cut pieces into 8 triangles (I used a pizza cutter)
  • Place back in oven for 15 min 
  • Remove, let cool
