Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

what you'll need

1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen blackberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flax
1 small chunk of avocado
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
Extra sweetness optional (1 date)


  • Place all ingredients into Nutri Bullet or blender
  • Blend for a few minutes (I like mine thick so I had to shake it around to blend well)
  • Transfer to cup, add extra hemp seeds and nut butter (optional)
